分板机通常是指PCB分板机，也就是线路板分板机。分板机被广泛应用于电子产品制造业。由于传统的人工折板方式会有很强的应力产生，对产品品质造成严重影响，所以人工折板已基本上被机器分板所取代。

使用方法：usage method:
1.开机前确定电源电压AC220V.

2.打开设备电源开关ON的位置.
Turn on the power switch on
3.行程设定共有五个0、100、200、300、400根据要分的板材选择合适的行程.
There are five stroke settings: 0, 100, 200, 300 and 400, and the appropriate travel is selected according to the plate to be divided
4.根据板材的厚度来调整切刀的上下高度。根据速度选择键：超快速、快速、中速、慢速四种来选择设备的运行速度.
Adjust the height of the cutter according to the thickness of the plate. According to the speed selection key: super fast, fast, medium speed, slow speed to select the running speed of the equipment
5.调整平台的高度，确保放置PCBA板时为水平放置.

6.分板时PCBA的边缘凹槽要卡在分板机的下切刀位置，双手扶稳PCBA，用脚轻踩踏板，直到切刀走到设定的距离自动停止.
The edge groove of PCBA should be stuck in the position of the lower cutter of the dividing machine. Hold the PCBA with both hands and step on the pedal gently with your foot until the cutter reaches the set distance and stops automatically
注意事项：matters needing attention:
1.本设备仅限用于分板使用。操作员应依公司规定佩戴防静电手套.
This equipment is only used for dividing board. Operators should wear anti-static gloves according to company regulations
2.操作时应注意手饰，头发，宽松的衣物避免接近上下刀片，以免造成安全上的问题。
Attention should be paid to hand ornaments, hair and loose clothes during operation, so as to avoid safety problems.
3.切板时，一定要选择二个位置后，才能踩脚踏板开关，不然刀轮会无运转.
When cutting the board, you must select two positions before stepping on the pedal switch, otherwise the cutter wheel will not run
4.切板时，如有异常时，迅速压下紧急开关，并放开脚踏板开关，以防止意外发生.
